I was seen very quickly and felt all the staff receptionists and doctors alike were very helpful and attentive especially since I had to wait a while to be transferred to a specialist, it made the wait more bearable. The only suggestion I could make is that maybe it could be better signposted whilst not far into the building we still managed to walk past the right reception.

Very good service.The doctor on the phone was very helpful,as was the doctor at the choc clinic,so much better than my own doctors.

What fantastic service - I was seen on time, something I've never had at my local doctors surgery. I was made to feel welcome and was treated by a pleasant doctor who put me at ease straight away and was sympathetic of my symptoms from the start. Such a shame this is an out of hours service as it's much more welcoming than my doctors surgery. Five star service.

Rapid call backs from dedicated team, appt time was prompt & adhered to. Actually saw my own GP but that was just luck. Thorough assessment & discussion of treatment & despite the fact that I was expecting antibiotics I can fully understand why they were not prescribed. Thank you to a great team for the assistance & care provided to me this morning.

I got seen by the nurse practitioner Suzanne and she was rude Nd arrogant she had lied on the report and said she had checked my oxygen sats wich she did not she said she felt my stomachs and she did not I am wanting to make a complain about her as she is not fit enough to look after paitents if she is going to lie on the reports! She had checked my temperature and tested my urine and that is all. I told her I was having chest pains and back ache and leg cramps she still didn't do nothing and told me to phone my own doctors in te morning. I think the CHOC IS a real joke and I will never be attending again no matter how I'll I become?

Quick phone call back from doctor to check why appointment needed. Quick call after this to confirm appointment time. Doctor was very informative and helpful, he took time to examine and explain why problem had occurred and how to sort it. We were not rushed in and out.

In terrible leg pain,which is a long standing issue with my local surgery. Became unbearable on Xmas Day 2014, "Yes Xmas Day" rang choc,Within 2 hours I was been seen by a lovely Lady Doctor at the Cumbria Infirmary .Her diagnosis of my problem, examination and her issue of strong painkillers was much better than I have received at my surgery over the past two months. Would recommend with confidence.
